Funny how the only positive reviews for this garbage are accounts that are only a few days old. Just like those BS reviews, ignore this mess at all costs. I&#39;m sure there is paint drying somewhere that you can watch instead.<br/><br/>There a number of &quot;actors&quot; who, when appearing in the credits, are an immediate warning of a pending disaster of a film:<ul><li>Steven Seagal</li><li>Jamie Kennedy</li><li>Tom Green</li><li>Robert Englund</li></ul>... the list goes on.<br/><br/>If you see one of them, avoid or go in with the appropriate expectations.<br/><br/>This movie was boring, nonsensical, and the acting mutating from excessively boring to over the top mugging. The only homage here is the loss and waste of your time.

I came across this whole looking for a movie to stream. While I am a big fan of Richer Englund bill Moseley and Danielle Harris. I was not a big fan of this movie. But not due to the lack of bad acting or actors or even the cinematography. But they the storyline of the movie itself. The beginning of the movie had nothing to do with the rest of the entire film. The second act of the movie had nothing to do with the end of the film either. And the third act of the movie spouted out a whole bunch of nonsense that made the movie make even less sense than the rest of it. But overall I&#39;ve seen far worse movies.

Not surprising that Halloween 4 director Dwight Little did this since the Halloween small town atmosphere and creepy stalker character brings back memories of the good days of horror.<br/><br/>Charlotte Fountain Jardim is steller as the baby sitter and the B movies that the killer watches in his basement are really fun.<br/><br/>Robert Englund really sells the town elder who helps us understand the mystery and lore of Natty Knocks. Danielle Harris is very believable as a grown up real estate agent and concerned mother and Bill Moseley creeps out as the town killer.<br/><br/>This could have had a few more kills but the scares that are there are really good. The Free Willy kid (Jason Richter) makes a good cop. This movie is an awesome good time.<br/><br/>Underrated!
